Are You Still Hiring?

Many people are asking the same thing. Is Jollibee hiring? This depends on many things. Like, for what position and for what location. Hiring is dependent upon several factors such as market conditions, law of supply and demand, external forces, management decisions, and depending on the time of the year.

New Stores

Of course when a new store is opening, there will be hiring and lots of open positions. Jollibee is always expanding its base, so new stores are always being planned. The issue is how will you know?

And that is for you to find out. If we give out many tips then tens of thousands will be applying for every open position and we can't have that. As an applicant, you don't want that too, too much competition.

Job hunting in itself is already part of the selection process. It is more about how applicants are resourceful enough, hardworking enough, determined enough, and smart enough to find the open position and are able to apply for it. 

Having said that, here are five tips we can give you.

1. Use common sense. If it looks too good to be true, it might not be legit. Try to verify if it is. There are a lot of scammers everywhere.

2. For corporate and higher positions get in touch with the head office.

3. For new store opening, if you find a new store being built or renovated it might be too late. But still check to see if you there are information posted or people there who you can ask. And then follow their instructions. If not, visit a nearby store and ask.

4. For open positions in existing store locations, it's the same thing, visit the store you want to apply for and ask.

5. Eat at Jollibee and ask the crew or speak with a supervisor. As we've said, common sense and also putting your best foot forward, being smart, looking smart, sounding smart and acting smart.
