B. SUPPORT CENTER
1. Logistics Manager
• At least College Degree or related courses in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Management or equivalent combination of education & experience
• 2 – 3 yrs experience in Logistics (Warehouse & Distribution) management in food / manufacturing industry. Knowledge and experience in inventory control, managing 3rd party service providers, customer service and order management is essential
• Proficient in Oracle, SAP and MS Applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
2. Payroll Specialist
Associate degree in Business Administration or Accounting education, preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Payroll, preferably in ADP Workforce Now platform.
3. Research & Development Specialist
• Associate’s Degree or Professional Certification in Food Science, Culinology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or any equivalent related course. Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year of work experience in Research & Development (R&D) from manufacturing and/or foodservice industry or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
